COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING POLICY
Artificial Intelligence Skills Development Institute (Pty) Ltd — trading as “AISDI™”
Effective Date: 10 July 2025
1. Purpose
This document sets out how AISDI™ manages all promotional, transactional, and service-related communications—including email, SMS, in-platform messages, and newsletters—to ensure compliance with applicable laws (POPIA § 69, CAN-SPAM, PECR, CPRA) and to protect recipients’ rights.
2. Scope
Applies to every message sent by or on behalf of AISDI™ from any channel bearing the domains @aisdi.ai or @*.aisdi.ai, and to authorised third-party email platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns) acting under AISDI™ instructions.
3. Categories of Messages

4. Consent & Opt-Out
4.1 Opt-In:
• Marketing messages are sent only to individuals who have provided explicit consent (e.g., tick-box at sign-up, double-opt-in via confirmation email).
4.2 Opt-Out:
• Every marketing email includes a single-click unsubscribe link that is honoured within 48 hours.
• You may also email support@aisdi.ai with the subject line “Unsubscribe”.
4.3 Transactional & Operational emails are essential to the Service and cannot be opted out while your account remains active.
5. Email Disclaimer (Full Wording)
This email and any attachments are confidential and intended solely for the addressee. Unauthorised use, disclosure, or copying is prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender and delete this message. AISDI™ scans outgoing mail for malware but accepts no liability for viruses or data corruption; recipients should perform their own security checks. 6. Trademark Attribution in Communications
When referring to AISDI™ proprietary frameworks in external publications, resellers’ mailings, or partner announcements, include the first-use attribution:
“AugmentED™ is a trademark of Artificial Intelligence Skills Development Institute (Pty) Ltd.”
7. Prohibited Email Practices
- No harvesting or purchasing of third-party lists.
- No falsified headers, subject lines, or sender addresses.
- No unsolicited bulk marketing to recipients who have not opted in.
- No deceptive claims regarding certification status or outcomes.
- No inclusion of executable files or password-protected archives.
8. Reporting Abuse
Suspect spam or phishing from an @aisdi.ai address?
Forward the message in full to abuse@aisdi.ai. AISDI™ investigates all reports within 72 hours and may suspend the sending account or refer matters to regulators.
9. Data & Security
Contact data used for marketing is stored in Zoho Campaigns (EU data centre) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised marketing personnel under MFA.
10. Changes to This Policy
Substantive changes are announced 14 days in advance via email or banner on www.aisdi.ai and reflected by a new Effective Date.
